Celebrate the arrival of spring whit this beautiful wreath made of willow branches colored in white and decorated with white and red flowers and green leaves and with a silver plated Mother Goddess charm.
Imbolc is traditional festival marking the beginning of spring. Most commonly it is held on 1 and 2 February, or about halfway between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. We welcome the growth of the returning light and witness Life's insatiable appetite for rebirth.

Corn Dolly, Imbolc doll, Fertility Goddess, Home Blessing, Goddess Brigid Corn Dolly

Welcome to my Etsy shop :

Corn Dolly, Imbolc doll, Fertility Goddess, Home Blessing, Goddess Brigid Corn Dolly

I really enjoy crafting these beautiful Goddesses made of corn husks from my organic garden and their hair is made of corn silk.
This corn dolly in honor of the Goddess Brigid carries the spirit of spring and blesses your home.

In one of her many aspects, Brigid is known as the bride. She is a symbol of fertility and good fortune, spring, prosperity, new beginnings and growth and is seen as yet one more step in the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.
In addition to her position as a goddess of magic, Brighid was known to watch over women in childbirth, and thus evolved into a goddess of hearth and home. Today, many Pagans honor her on February 2, which has become known as Imbolc or Candlemas.
Brigid was the patron of poets and bards, as well as healers and magicians. She was especially honored when it came to matters of prophecy and divination.
